Bowman Lake Explorations & Camping (First Responders Event)

Join OTG member Scott as he leads a group along 40 mi of dirt to Bowman Lake (Tahoe NF). Each day will be spent exploring up to 40 miles of dirt roads and trails in our vehicles, but returning to the same campsite.

About the event
You must be an active duty or retired first responder to attend this event: (corrections, sheriff, police, fire, paramedics or dispatch). Join OTG member Scott as he leads a group of first responders (you'll need to be a 1st responder to join) exploring the trails around Bowman Lake in the Tahoe National Forest. Each day will be spent exploring up to 40 miles of dirt roads and trails in our vehicles, but returning to the same campsite. There will be opportunities for water activities (fishing, kayaking, SUP), hiking, and exploring the surrounding trail network on Friday and Saturday. Vehicle requirements: Any AWD, 4x4 or Sprinter/Transit van with reasonable ground clearance and suitable tires for traveling off road. Pets/dogs: well behaved dogs are welcome!
